Weaving & Yarn Services

Alongside our own fabrics, we use our weaving and sizing infrastructure to serve customers on a job-work basis, working to their product and technical specifications, and we supply sized yarn.

What We Offer

Job-Work Weaving

The customer provides the yarn and the fabric construction and other manufacturing parameters; we weave on our Airjet looms and charge conversion (job-work) charges. Includes denim fabric.

Job-Work Sizing

Customer-supplied yarn is sized on our in-house sizing machine to agreed technical specifications, improving strength, abrasion resistance and weaving performance.

Sized Yarn

We supply sized yarn prepared on our sizing infrastructure, ready for weaving.

How We Supply Fabric

Grey Fabric

Fabric as it comes off the loom, inspected, graded and batched into rolls, dispatched directly to customers.

Finished Fabric

Grey fabric dyed and finished through third-party processing units to the required specification, then re-inspected before sale.

“Sitaram” Brand

Finished fabrics are sold principally unbranded and also under the “Sitaram” brand.
